Your brand colors

We’re trying this with a few teams first. If you’d like to try it, ask us in chat.

Team admins open Dashboard → Brand. You can change:

• The colors of your team page and event pages: the background, an accent for buttons and links, and (if you like) the text.
• An accent for one event, say to match a book cover.
• A logo at the top of your event emails.
• The hue of your live room.

Some things stay Inland’s on every team, so participants always know where they are and how things work: the type, the account menu, checkout, receipts, menus and pop-ups, the live room’s controls, and a small Powered by Inland at the bottom of your pages and emails.

Under Colors, pick from the palette or type a color for Background, Accent and Text. Your team page shows beside the panel in your colors as you go; switch between Desktop and Phone at the top.

Every color is checked so your pages stay easy to read. If a pair is too close, you’ll see why, with a color that works. Click Use suggested to take it. A scheme that doesn’t read can’t be saved.

Use Inland’s colors puts everything back.

Event pages use your team’s colors. Under Events, pick an event to see it, and give it its own Accent if you like. Reset to the team’s accent takes it off again.

Under Emails, click Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPG or SVG. It goes at the top of confirmations, reminders, join links, your messages to participants and your announcements, in place of Inland’s. Inland’s name and links stay at the bottom.

Beside the panel you’ll see a confirmation as a light and a dark email app might show it. A dark logo on a see-through background can disappear in dark mode, so check both.

Turn on Use your accent for buttons to color email buttons in your accent. It’s only available when your accent reads on a white email.

Under Room, pick a color or drag the Hue slider. The room stays dark so video looks its best, and the controls stay where everyone knows them. You’ll see a sketch of the room with sample people and chat; Open a demo room to try it live once it’s saved.

Turn on Show your logo in the room to put a small logo beside Inland’s in the top bar.

Nothing changes for participants until you click Save changes. Discard drops what you’ve changed since you last saved. If you leave with unsaved changes, Inland asks whether to Save changes, Discard them or Keep editing.
